I found two places that recognized V for Vendetta in their top 10 movies of 2006. View them here and here. Apparently that movie really did rock at life.

12-18-06 ~ New Matrix website
Through my extensive connections and resources, I was able to find the most awesome matrix website ever: Matrix Resolutions. It has the most in-depth analysis and information on the Matrix movies that I have ever seen. His website is what I hoped this section would be like. Check it out! It might change your opinion on the movies if you didn't like them.

12-10-06 ~ V for Vendetta rocks at life
On the Rolling Stone website, Peter Travers picked V for Vendetta as number 2 on his top 25 DVDs of the year. Also, on another website, V for Vendetta was picked as one of their favorite movies the year. Apparently, that movie rocks at life. It also seems as though the Wachowski Brothers rock at life as well. They made it to number 35 on the top 40 directors on the SubZero website.

11-1-06 ~ Green Light for Speed Racer
The Wachowski Brothers are officially on with Warner Brothers to write and direct a remake of Speed Racer. I've seen this from a variety of sources. Read more about it here or here or here!

10-31-06 ~ Sydney Movie Pictures
I found a blog that has pictures from Sydney, Australia (where the Matrix movies were filmed) where he took pictures from key areas in the movies and compared them to stills from the first matrix movie. It's fun to look at, Check it out!

10-30-06 ~ Added Videos
I stumbled (yes, stumbled) across a new matrix parody movie that I haven't seen before, so I added it to my downloads section! It's called the The Muppet Matrix. Also, I've had and known about an awesome music video that I've also included in the downloads section. w00t!

9-2-06 ~ Random Moss and Parrineau news
Harold Parrineau (Link) is going to be in 28 Weeks Later, Your Name Here, and Gardens of the Night. Read about it! He is being very successful in the Hollywood world since the Matrix movies! :) Also, just a little sidenote about Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity). She said that she laughs hysterically when she hears the Playboy wants her to be in their magazines. She made a great statement about it, that since she was married she believed her body was sacred. Read the article! Carrie-Anne, you're awesome!

This is somewhat Matrix news, and since this section seems to be left out (sorry Matrix section) I had to give it some more news. This guy, David R. Ellis, was a stunt co-ordinator on The Matrix Reloaded and he was interviewed! It might be mildly interesting to some of you. Read the article!

8-8-06 ~ Speed Racer waits for WB approval
The Wachowski Brothers are waiting for approval from Warner Brothers to make a live-action adaptation of the Japanese cartoon series Speed Racer. Hopefully this will be a good one, since it seems like something right up their alley. Check out the actual article I got this news from.

7-26-06 ~ V for Vendetta DVD info
I know that V for Vendetta isn't exactly Matrix news, but it was written and directed by the Wachowski Brothers and it had Hugo Weaving (Agent Smith) in it, so I decided that it can be news. So there. :)
Anyhow, for those of you who didn't know, the DVD for V for Vendetta comes out on August 1st, which is coming right up! You can see how cool it's going to be here. Apparently there are going to be 2 DVDs with a lot of extra special features and stuff. Yay! That should be exciting.

6-29-06 ~ The Matrix May Return?
Apparently there's some sort of rumor that there is another Matrix-related item in the works. It's most likely just a rumor since it's been established numerous times that the Matrix is a trilogy, but you can read more about it here.

6-21-06 ~ Larry Wachowski's Birthday
Oh look, I already have news! Today is Larry Wachowski's 41st birthday. Alright! And for those of you who have no idea who I'm talking about, Larry Wachowski's brother is Andy Wachowski. Together they become the Wachowski Brothers! They wrote and directed the entire Matrix Trilogy. Yay!

6-19-06 ~ Matrix Section now open!
The newly designed Matrix section is now open to the public! I don't think that there will be much "News" here since the Matrix franchise seems to be nearly gone, so it'll probably be filled with updates and such. Every once in a while some news will show up though! w00t!
Oh, and this isn't done, but it has everything that the other Matrix section had so I figured I might as well replace it. I have huge plans for this section. And slowly but surely I'll get them done.
