6.02 - Sneeze
This episode was so entertaining! I wondered what kind of episode it would be with a title like "Sneeze," but it exceeded my expectations. I did not expect Clark to be discovering new abilities in season 6. Awesome! I didn't suspect a thing when I saw him sneeze. I was giddy when I saw Chloe make the connections and suggest to Clark to just blow really hard against that door. Wow! I think we've now covered all of the different powers of his, right? I don't know, maybe not. I'm not a Superman fanatic.
Seeing Clark sick was very interesting. I'm not sure what to take from that. Is it just from exhaustion? Was Martha right in suggesting that Clark could have been exposed to something in the Phantom Zone? I started thinking about that, and Clark did get shot in the neck with something by those other people. Do you know what I'm talking about? Eh, whatever. Maybe that had something in it to make Clark sick. They've got to expand upon that next episode. What's going to happen to Clark?? I don't know. I always love the episodes where something terrible happens to Clark. It sounds so evil, but it makes it so exciting! Like in Fever when he got sick, or in Extinction when he got shot with a Kryptonite bullet, or even in Talisman when he got stabbed with that dagger! All such good times. So seeing him with a cold and not 100% with his powers made me happy. :) I'm so demonic, I know.
Lana is really making me angry. She used to be so sweet! Now she's all evil and getting mad at Clark for trying to help Lex. What's wrong with her? Lex is turning her evil! Evil!! Her moving in was just... fantastic. At least they are living in separate rooms, right? Then she even finds a camera in her room where Lex could peek into her room when she changes. She did confront him about it, but one of these days I hope she finds him to be repulsive and comes back to Clark begging for forgiveness, but gets shot down because Clark has already married Chloe or Lois. Mwhahaha! I'm so mean! Oh, but she deserves it. I think I'm getting a little off track...
Oh! The Green Arrow! We finally get to see him. Though, I thought he was a good guy? I'm not sure where they are going to take him, and I'm not even completely sure what his powers are yet. I'm sure they will reveal them to use next episode or so, so that should be thrilling. I'm thinking that he will meet up with Clark because his men were talking about someone else with powers and everything. When he meets with Clark I'm sure he'll turn into a "good guy." So, no worries! I'm not sure how he is going to fit into being a main character in the show. I'm not sure I'll like him being there. We'll just have to see.
Lex being interrogated about his superpowers was interesting, to say the least. It's funny because last episode when the Superman emblem thing was on his hand and burned him, you could see his skin heal itself from the burn. I thought for sure he still had his powers. And he had his powers before Zod took over his body! I was confused as to if the bullet really hurt him or not, he could have been acting or something. Apparently it did hurt him and not bounce off. Did he heal himself? I don't know! Oh, wait. Yes I do. He had a sling for his arm at the end of the episode, didn't he? Well... I guess he really did get his powers taken from him. I could have sworn he would have been able to heal himself. Maybe he could only heal himself before because Fine had added some of himself into that vaccine that he gave Lex that made him heal himself? Do you know what I'm talking about? Perhaps. So when Fine got destroyed that made Lex's ability go as well. Sure, I like that explanation.
There was absolutely no Jimmy, either! Just some great Clark/Chloe moments. I loved it at the end when Clark decided to make it a clear day. Can you imagine what it would be like to just look up and see the clouds in the sky just suddenly move away at a rapid pace? I would be so freaked out for a moment. I can't wait to see if Chloe and Clark ever do hook up later, and how Clark recovers from this "cold" of his. I suspect next week might solve some problems and bring more excitement into my life.
